The AV package also includes various other security tools like an encrypted web browser (which makes tracking your browsing difficult for hackers) and identity theft protection.
If you're seeking a more comprehensive package, we recommend upgrading to Premium or Internet Security. These packages also include more anti-malware, anti-virus and security features and a parental control option for Android devices.
A "data leakage" tool is another feature that makes BullGuard stand out. It will alert you when it discovers that information like your passwords or address being leaked online. The UI is easy to use however we'd like to get more help materials for those who aren't knowledgeable about cybersecurity.
BullGuard offers 24/7 support via live chat (English only) along with email support and a helpful FAQ section on its website. Users can also utilize the forum to discuss their issues with other users or the company. The only thing missing is phone support but that's not a big deal for most users.
